How far in advance should I place my order?
For custom cakes, we recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance. For weddings or large events, 4-6 weeks is ideal to ensure availability. We do our best to accommodate last-minute orders, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by filling out our Cake Inquiry Form, calling us at (361) 534-0599, or visiting our social media platforms. For custom designs, please provide inspiration photos, color schemes, and any specific details you’d like included.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or prior to delivery.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery within a 100-mile radius of our bakery. Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size. Please provide the delivery address when placing your order to receive an accurate quote.
Can I pick up my cake?
Absolutely! Pickup is available during our business hours. Please ensure your vehicle has a flat surface and is air-conditioned to transport the cake safely.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
We take food allergies seriously. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date will receive a refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
We understand that plans can change. Minor changes can be accommodated up to 5 days before the event. Significant changes may affect pricing and availability.
How should I store my cake?
Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place. If your cake contains perishable fillings, refrigerate it until 1–2 hours before serving. Allow refrigerated cakes to come to room temperature for optimal flavor and texture.
